Any realtor can tell you they provide expert service before, during, and after the transaction, but Deb truly lives and breathes it. She absolutely LOVES her job, but do not take our word for it - as even in the digital age, Deb has grown her business year after year through happy clients referring her to their friends and families.
Deb has resided with her husband in Howard County for the past 21 years. When she isn't working, she can be found giving back to her local and international communities through Maryland Food Banks, Samaritan's Purse, or just simply adopting local families in need during the holiday season and throughout the year. Deb loves to garden, cook entertain, spend time with her family (2 children and 2 grandchildren), and of course travel! She also has a love of good wine and sharing it with friends.

Deb has been a realtor for over 20 years, but her love of travel and international real estate began long before. Deb studied at the University of Madrid (is bilingual) and spent her time-off traveling throughout Spain and Europe. This time spent learning about and experiencing other areas of the world sparked her dream of owning a vacation home/s and having the ability to enjoy the local culture whenever she wanted.
The focus areas of Deb's real estate career have been residential first & second home acquisition & sale. Her primary markets are Howard, Carroll & Baltimore counties in MD. Deb has also participated in building and purchasing a second home for her family on the Chesapeake Bay in Virginia as well as in Costa Rica and helped dozens of clients relocate throughout the country as well as Costa Rica.
Deb is a former educator and insurance claims adjuster giving her additional knowledge in the education sector as well as a good working knowledge of homes and their conditions. Deb has earned the prestigious Certified International Property Specialist designation from the National Association of Realtors. She is also a member of the International Network of Elite Realtors, both of which provide a vast network of valuable worldwide connections and up to date information.
